Our Knight consists of mostly Vignoles with a touch of Valvin Muscat. This nose of this wine starts with candied tropical fruits, sweet pineapple and a touch of honey. A long luscious mouth filled with sugared lemon wedge, tingling pineapple and honeysuckle. Pair this wine with cold Asian noodles tossed with a sweet pineapple teriyaki, sautéed halibut topped with Hawaiian chutney, or lemon cake topped with crushed pineapple whipped topping icing!
