White chocolate molé braised chicken thighs, savoy cabbage, jalapeño, roasted corn, black beans, tomatoes, avocado, Manchego and sharp cheddar cheese in a crisp corn tortilla bowl paired with Belhurst Estate Winery Dry Riesling

 

- II. Stuffed Crab Cake -
Marscapone and scallion lump crab cake with a milk chocolate center served with mango broth and salad of micro greens, basil and pickled red onion paired with Belhurst Estate Winery Dry Rose

 

- III. Duck Napoleon -
Sliced, orange glazed duck breast and chipotle-beet mash layered between chocolate dipped wonton crisps paired with Belhurst Estate Winery Red
