Oyster - Fresh oyster  served in an English cucumber boat with a slaw of daikon radish, jicama, mangos and green onions.
Served with a gin Beurre blanc.

Pea Soup - Chilled spring pea soup with jumbo crab salad, lemon sabayon, and pea shoot potato crisp.

Zenith Caesar - Blend of mache, sprouts and micro greens tossed in anchovy vinaigrette with
sunflower kernels, topped with a poached quail egg and served in an asiago bowl.
